The 100A  Pelletizer  is custom designed to meet  the needs of dry ice pellet users requiring their own blasting or cooling media production.

The  growth  of  the  markets for dry ice  blast cleaning and controlled chilling during transport  means that dry ice needs and requirements are becoming more important in terms of  quality and availability.

Instant Dry Ice Production:

The low temperature of dry ice means that  it  cannot  be stored without major losses of quality and performance (gas sublimation). With the EasyIce-100A unit you can produce as much dry ice as you need to use instantly,  just by  pressing the start button.

This pelletizer produces 90-120 kg/h dry ice on a continuous, touch screen programmed basis, and can therefore be adapted to any production process without much effort.
